I've tried several different options, but the one that works best for me is (as others have mentioned) to remove the memory card, and use a card reader. I had been using the Quik for Windows Desktop app as that was what I used on my older cameras, (Hero 3, 4, 6, etc) but when I plug in my Hero 10, it just gives me a blank camera window. I along with many others here have been having issues with my new GoPro 10.
